Shipping policy
We ship worldwide. All packages for orders within the United States are dispatched from our fulfillment center in the US. Orders within the European Union are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden. For orders outside the United States and European Union, packages are dispatched from our warehouse in Singapore. Shipping cost varies depending on country and is clearly stated at checkout. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Customs and taxes
For deliveries outside the Unites States, European Union and Singapore, packages are shipped as “Delivered Duty Unpaid” (DDU). This means that you may need to pay VAT, customs fees or other import taxes depending on the rules in your country. We cannot determine the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with your country’s customs agency to determine if any additional charges will be applied to your order.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your package arrives damaged, or with missing content, please report this to us within 24 hours at hello@dragonflystand.com. Include photos and notify the courier company as well. If the courier company attempts to deliver a damaged parcel, feel free to refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If your package gets lost in transit and cannot be tracked, we will send you a replacement.
